information super highway, which has enabled us facilitate the Umuahian
spirit through Umuahians.Com. Up Umuahians! Therefore, use and participate in
the growth of this site. Every Umuahian that accesses this site, is also an
Umuahian spirit facilitator.
This web site has been organized in different sections, to meet
your needs. From listing of Umuahians, to their profiles, and from
schoolmates' search, to cherished remembrances, and more, most needs will be
met. The outlook is a stronger alumni well embraced in technology and the
future.
A stronger alumni is the hope, and with all of us working together,
matters relating to our alma mater will see more progress.
This will go a long way in fulfilling our motto 'May We Shine As One'. To
this end, I will take up the challenge of building Umuahians.Com, in to one
of the best sites on the net. Up Umuahians!
Money generated from this site, will be used expediently to bring
Umuahians more rewarding features in Umuahians.Com. A percentage
of the money from web activity will be donated to Government-
College Umuahia in cash, or through awards/ developemental projects, as a joint effort from
Umuahians.Com by the alumni.
No man is an island, and for this web site to be its best, all hands
must be on board. We can achieve this by making suggestions as may be deemed
expedient. Such advisory can be e-mailed to me, and I will try my best to
respond to them. Please do not feel unappreciated if your advisory is not
implemented. Certain factors might prevent implementation of a suggestion,
even though it is appreciated.
